PostDeck lets authorized users schedule and publish content to social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage.

2. Your responsibilities

You will only connect accounts you own or have permission to manage, and only publish content you have the rights to publish. You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish through PostDeck.

3. Platform rules

Your use of PostDeck must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Termination

You may disconnect your accounts and stop using PostDeck at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or platform policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostDeck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
